The Conn strobe weighs about 13 lbs and 11 oz.
Light comes on and the tuning strobe wheel turns.
Tune any string instrument.  8 octaves.
When tuning a piano most all tuners will dog out on
the first 10 notes and the last 10.
To get a tuner that will tune a piano properly will cost above
800.00.    This old Conn Strobotuner don't dog out when ajusted
properly.    Inspect it and pickup on location.  Call or Email
to see if available. Works good, has a few nicks and scratches.
has been used for years to tune pianos with.  
This is what the piano tuners used before the newer strobes were
invented. 
you can't buy a tuner like this anymore; This is a quality
instrument and works fine, uses just about any mike.
The mike shown is sold seperately for 50.00 extra.

takes a little getting used to it.  Before tuning it has to be
checked and ajusted with a musical sound or note   (pitchpipe,
tuning fork, or other).
